We carry out energy efficiency measures in residential buildings, ensuring the reduction of energy needs and consumptions , improving asset performance.

For each building, we define the most functional strategic and operational plan, foreseeing the most appropriate interventions in terms of cost/benefit, from thermal insulation of facades and roofing systems to the upgrading of heating and hot water systems, from the installation of photovoltaic roofing combined with storage systems to the replacement of windows, doors and shading solutions.

Our experience in the private construction sector has allowed us to tackle redevelopment projects for so-called ‘super condominiums’, residential complexes consisting of several buildings, sharing spaces – such as gardens, driveways, parking areas – and goods or services – such as concierge, heating, air conditioning and lighting systems.
