Supercondominium on via Mar Nero – Nikolajevka (Milan)

The €46 million requalification project is bringing economic, social, and environmental benefits to the entire Baggio district, where the building is located.
The operation ensured an increase in the market value of the 550 housing units involved of approximately 40%. Residents saw a significant decrease in their energy consumption and saved an estimated 45% on their energy bills.
Among the interventions carried out, in addition to thermal insulation and roofing systems, were the upgrading of the thermal system for heating and sanitary hot water production, the installation of photovoltaic roof systems combined with storage systems, and the replacement of window and door frames and screening systems.
