Energy efficiency intervention in progress, involving 18 buildings of the super condominium located in via Mar Nero – Nikolajevka in the Baggio district, west of Milan.A retrofitting intervention worth 46 million euro, which is bringing economic, social, and environmental benefits to an entire neighbourhood.The operation will increase the asset value of the 550 real estate units involved, which will obtain a drastic decrease in energy requirements and save an estimated 35% in electricity spending.Wegreenit, as the general contractor, is solely responsible for the general construction, handling architectural and plant engineering design process, permits, financial operations related to the project, project and site management, supply of materials and plant technologies, construction supervision and safety coordination.The interventions carried out, in addition to the insulation of the coat and roofing systems, include an upgrade of the heating system for temperature control and production of domestic hot water, installation of photovoltaic systems combined with storage systems, and replacement of windows and screening systems.

The interventions, which are about halfway through completion, are proceding according to schedule, with delivery expected for December 2023.Operation numbers:
