Wegreenit Ltd. Group’s second capital increase operation of 15 million euros was successfully concluded.
The WeGreenIt group is experiencing a phase of great development, which has made it possible to successfully close numerous commercial contracts and enter important financial collaborations.
To carry out the operation, the company created Wegreenit 2 Ltd., controlled by Wegreenit Holding LLC.
