The PMO (Project Management Office) plays a strategic role in coordinating and supervising all phases of the project to ensure that the entire operation is managed effectively and in accordance with the identified objectives.
In particular, the following activities fall under the PMO:
Defining the timing of receipts and payments in a manner consistent with the economics of the project and monitoring the budget throughout all phases of the intervention to verify and manage any deviations.
Issuing and monitoring of the Projects' EPC baseline and schedule (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and verification of compliance with time schedules for the different work phases, in order to avoid interference among different activities to optimize the related coordination.
Wegreenit's Procurement Department manages the supply of the materials, works and services, following the EPC Project Baseline, required to carry out the intervention, and organizing tenders where necessary to select the best supplier. We have partnership agreements with leading companies such as Kerakoll, Schindler, and Immergas to offer our customers the best choice of materials, following the selection's sustainability criteria, and technologies available on the market.
This activity is carried out by a team that works directly on the site to coordinate and verify the correct execution of the work, as well as compliance with the schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements. Site Managers report directly to the PMO department.
As a General Contractor, Wegreenit plays a supervisory role over subcontractors to verify that the works are carried out under the required quality and safety protocols, guaranteeing the success of the work and safety on site.
