By improving the performance of air conditioning systems and air quality control, proposing retrofitting solutions and adapting lighting systems, supporting digitization and building automation, it is possible to reduce running costs and improve the guest experience and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) rating.

In order to optimize the use of energy, we also use BEMS – Building Energy Management Systems, i.e., advanced solutions capable of monitoring the structure in real time, integrating control of services and technological equipment in the building, and managing and regulating HVAC, Lighting, Access, Security, and Safety systems appropriately.

Moreover, once upgraded, structures can achieve reductions in consumption and atmospheric emissions that can be valued within the framework of the main sustainability protocols (LEED, BREAM, WELL, GRESB).
