Through our four specialized business units, we carry out retrofitting and energy efficiency measures aimed at optimizing the overall energy performance of buildings, such as: insulation and roofing systems, upgrading of heating and hot domestic water systems, installation of roof-mounted photovoltaic systems combined with storage, replacement of windows and doors and shading systems, design and execution of structural measures, including seismic safety.

Construction

Carrying out energy efficiency measures in existing buildings involves the need to design innovatively, paying particular attention to sustainability aspects in the choice of materials and the achievable results in terms of savings.

Thanks to its Engineering Office, composed of different levels of seniority and with extensive experience in the public and private sector, Wegreenit’s Construction Unit deals with even complex, articulated and multidisciplinary projects, planning and managing the budget and time on and off-site, with an integrated Project and Site Management system.

Solar

The sun, the Earth’s primary source of energy, is a clean, unlimited, renewable and economical resource and enables the sustainable and non-polluting production of electricity and hot domestic water.

Wegreenit synthesizes, in a single entity, the different technical, industrial and financial competencies required for the development and installation of photovoltaic systems, solar thermal panels, heat accumulators and electrical storage, including innovative solutions such as Renewable Energy Communities, which represent a great environmental, economic and social opportunity to support distributed generation.

HVAC

HVAC – heating, ventilation, and air conditioning – systems are a set of technologies designed to ensure thermal comfort and a healthy, energy-sustainable microclimate in an indoor, enclosed environment.

Wegreenit’s HVAC Unit is able to design and implement complex upgrading of existing obsolete facilities in all sectors of activity.

Structural

Wegreenit’s Structural Unit designs and implements interventions aimed at seismic consolidation and rehabilitation of buildings or building complexes.

Wegreenit works both in the area of low-invasive interventions, to secure buildings and infrastructures, and in the area of complex design and construction solutions with high levels of technological innovation.
