We are a smart builder specialized in the energy retrofitting of existing buildings. As a General Contractor, we carry out building retrofitting and energy efficiency projects with a 360° approach, that involves the integrated management of all phases of the intervention: from financing to design, up to the execution of the works and the handover of the turnkey project.

Thanks to a multidisciplinary team and our specialized business units, we are able to handle complex operations for the efficiency upgrading of apartment buildings and super condominiums, shopping centers, hotels, and industrial plants.

We like to call ourselves smart builders because smart is the way we work: fast, flexible, innovative, and creative.

SOA – OG 1 IV
The SOA Certification is a mandatory certification for companies intending to participate in public procurement bids for the execution of public works. Wegreenit is qualified in category OG 1, class IV, and holds qualification for design and construction services up to class V.
