Some people talk about energy efficiency. We do it.
We carry out retrofitting and energy requalification of the existing building stock with the aim of translating the challenge of the energy transition into concrete and measurable results: in terms of reduction of consumption, mitigation of climate-changing gas emissions, and bill savings.
We have devised a unique and innovative model for the construction industry, which involves the integrated and synergetic management of all phases of intervention – from design to delivery of the finished work – with a one-stop shop approach. Thanks to a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team, we are able to manage large-scale projects, guaranteeing all the services and activities necessary to achieve the objectives set.
We operate in the residential, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors, supporting our clients in optimizing the energy performance of their properties and taking on, as the General Contractor, governance and responsibility for the end-to-end intervention.

All-round energy efficiency
Design
The engineering department takes care of all the preliminary activities of the project, from pre-feasibility studies to architectural and plant design at the different project levels and up to the construction site executives. Thanks to a dedicated team, we are able to fully manage the authorization process of the work, at different scales of activity and complexity, also interacting with the main stakeholders and policymakers.
Financial management and subsidies
From the scouting of most appropriate financing and incentive scheme to the issuing of all documentation, we support clients in managing all operations aimed at ensuring the financial coverage of the intervention.
Execution
The four business units – Construction, Solar, HVAC and Structural – carry out energy efficiency measures for our customers to maximize the energy performance of buildings, improve indoor comfort and reduce consumption and emissions into the atmosphere.
Project management
The Project Management Office (PMO) coordinates and supervises the entire project life cycle, acting as a link between the different activities and actors involved. A high value-added service that, thanks to qualified professionals highly skilled in the whole project cycle management, guarantees precise control of the budget, careful management in all phases of the activity, constant verification of compliance with the contractual Baseline, successful completion of operations and customer satisfaction.
