A significant milestone for Wegreenit in Europe

Since the recent opening of our pan-European network, we are proud to have achieved a major milestone: the signing of our first energy efficiency contract in Madrid, Spain.
The intervention will involve a building that falls under the ‘Rehabilita Madrid 2024’ program, an initiative that allows apartment blocks to access municipal incentives up to 70% of the value of the work. This intervention will include energy savings of at least 30 per cent and the improvement of the building’s energy class.
Thanks to a thorough preliminary study and a targeted intervention proposal, we will work to optimize energy consumption, reduce energy bills and increase the value of the building, working closely with our local partners and collaborators.
