“Improving the energy efficiency of public residential assets is one of the most relevant areas in which the energy transition can generate structural, economic, and social benefits. Intervening in public residential housing (ERP) means permanently reducing the energy costs of families most exposed to price volatility, combating energy poverty, and improving the quality of living, with positive effects also on social cohesion.”
These are some of the reflections shared by our CEO, Fabrizio Candoni, during the panel “Urban Regeneration, Enhancement and Social Impact”, which took place on February 26 in Rome as part of the Italian Investment Council promoted by Remind.
For Wegreenit, the energy transition is not only an environmental challenge, but also a concrete lever for competitiveness and development for the country.
Investing in ERP means acting where the need is most urgent, creating economic and social value in the long term.
We continue to work to transform vision and expertise into projects capable of improving people’s quality of life and strengthening the urban fabric of our cities.
