For The Nicolaus Hotel Bari in Via Cardinale Agostino Ciasca 27, we proposed an efficiency project aimed at improving energy performance and indoor comfort.
In order to define the most suitable intervention, Wegreenit’s teams first provided a study of the structure’s state of affairs and then proposed a project that included insulating the vertical walls with thermal insulation, replacing the existing windows and doors with thermal break elements, and a proposal to upgrade the air conditioning and hot water system using condensation boilers or heat pumps. Thanks to the application of thermal insulation and the replacement of windows and doors, the building’s thermal dispersion is considerably reduced, resulting in higher thermal insulation.
We complement these solutions with a design that aims to achieve overall energy savings of up to 80 per cent, a positive impact on ESG targets, and an increase in property value. The proposed interventions aim not only to reduce CO2 emissions, but also to improve comfort and air quality for customers and staff, while enhancing the aesthetics and sustainability of the facility.
Some people talk about energy efficiency. We do it. We carry out retrofitting and energy requalification of the existing building stock with the aim of translating the challenge of the energy transition into…
