Communication regarding the regulatory changes regarding credit transfers and Superbonus 110%.Milan, February 17, 2023.
In reference to today’s press reports regarding the transfer of tax credits deriving from Superbonus 110%, we inform you that the 28 Wegreenit projects in the construction phase are guaranteed by CILAS deposited within the terms of the law pursuant to article 9, paragraph 2, point a) of Decree Law No. 18 of 2022 November 176 (converted, with amendments, by Law No. 13 of 2023 January 6) “Urgent support measures in the energy and public finance sector” so-called Aiuti-quater Decree. The same CILAS are supported by assembly resolutions issued from 3 to 6 months prior to the terms of the law.
It is therefore confirmed that these 28 projects, for a total value of approximately €65 million, fall within the provisions of the law pursuant to article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of Decree Law No. 16 of 2023 February 11 “Urgent measures in matter of assignment of credits referred to in article 121 of the decree-law of 19 May 2020, n. 34, converted, with amendments, by the law of 17 July 2020,
no. 77″ in force as of 17 February 2023.
At the same time, Wegreenit applauds the inclusion of article 1, paragraph b) of the aforementioned Law Decree, which finally releases the Assignee from any responsibility regarding the validity of the acquired tax credits.
