Wegreenit was entrusted with the energetic redevelopment of seven buildings of the Ancona unit of ERAP Marche.
Wegreenit was awarded the tender for the energetic requalification of the buildings included in Lot 3 of the Regional Body for Public Housing of Marche, presidium of Ancona. The intervention as a whole has a value of approx. 20 million euros and falls within the forms envisaged by the Procurement Code for Public-Private Partnership projects.
The energy efficiency measures will concern seven buildings located in via Brecce Bianche and via Girolamo Ginelli and will take advantage of the tax breaks provided for by Super bonus 110%.
As the general contractor, Wegreenit will follow the entire project dealing with all technical, financial and construction site services: from the energy audit to the executive design, from the management of permits to the supply of materials, construction and plant engineering works, supervision and coordination of the construction site.
In the sphere of public housing, Wegreenit has already launched a series of operations for interventions related to social housing with the design of coating and plant redevelopment interventions and the implementation of systems for the production of renewable energy.Pictured above, the President and CEO of Wegreenit Fabrizio Candoni and Eng.
