“We invest energy so that less energy is consumed.”
These were some of the words shared by our CEO Fabrizio Candoni during the vodcast Money Vibez, a project of the Quotidiano Nazionale group, hosted by Simone Arminio.
It is a simple concept, yet one that perfectly represents our commitment: regenerating instead of building, reducing consumption, cutting emissions, and creating real value for the people who live and work in the spaces we renovate.
We talk about efficiency, yes—but also about responsibility. Because intervening on “sick” buildings means taking care of people, cities, and the future.
As Candoni reminds us:
“We do not consume a single additional square meter of land.
Taking care of buildings, making them consume less energy and emit less CO₂ also creates an economic and social ecosystem for the people who live there.”
