The annual financial statements for 2022 of the Wegreenit Group S.p.A., encompassing Wegreenit Holding Srl, Wegreenit Engineering Srl (EPC – Engineering, Procurement & Construction), and the joint-stock companies Wegreenit S.p.A. and Wegreenit 2 S.p.A., have been successfully approved.
The financial highlights reflect strong performance, with total group assets amounting to €117,670,684 and sales revenue of €63,591,972. The group’s net worth has reached an impressive €30 million, underscoring its sustained growth trajectory since inception and its promising future outlook.
“These are important numbers, of which we are very proud,” said President and CEO Fabrizio Candoni. “Despite the challenging circumstances, particularly the banking system’s freeze on credit sales, the Wegreenit Group S.p.A. has delivered exceptional results.”
If 2020 marked a year of development and 2021 represented expansion, the 2022 results confirm and sustain this positive trend. The year witnessed the establishment of new partnerships, strategic initiatives, and the attraction of new investors, all in alignment with the group’s commitment to energy efficiency and building redevelopment.
Looking ahead to 2023, the Wegreenit Group anticipates further growth, forecasting a 50% increase in business activity. The Group continues to solidify its role as a leading General Contractor not only in Lombardy but across Italy.
