They Talk About Us
The path toward meeting the targets set by the Green Homes Directive continues unabated. According to the analysis “EPBD Directive, an Opportunity for Revitalizing the Country’s System”, conducted by Nomisma for Rockwool, more than half of the objectives planned for 2030 have already been achieved.
Renovation and energy efficiency interventions will ensure a reduction of 3.2 million tons of CO₂ emissions, an average 36% savings on the energy bill per housing unit, and will support the development of a greener and more resilient economy.
“Energy efficiency in buildings,” commented Fabrizio Candoni, CEO of Wegreenit, in Milano Finanza,
“is at the heart of the Green Homes Directive, given that the construction sector is responsible for 36% of CO₂ emissions and 40% of energy consumption.”
Meeting the requirements of the Directive thus becomes a concrete opportunity to reduce the environmental impact of residential buildings and generate tangible benefits for Italian families.
To support the residential sector in this process and contribute to the country’s energy transition, Wegreenit, as an end-to-end general contractor, provides complete solutions for renovation, including financial management.
