Wegreenit becomes Title Sponsor of Urania Basket.
Founded in 1952, Urania Basket plays in the Serie A2 National Championship and plays its games at the Allianz Cloud in Milan.

These were the words of Fabrizio Candoni, President and CEO, at the press conference held at the headquarters of Palazzo di Fuoco in Milan, where Wegreenit is the Title Sponsor of Urania Basket.
The speech by Martina Riva
These words were echoed by Martina Riva, Councillor for Sport, Tourism and Youth Policies of the Municipality of Milan, who reaffirmed the Municipality’s great bond with the city’s excellence:
‘With my presence today, I want to reiterate the, convinced, support of the Municipality of Milan to the excellences of our city. We are alongside splendid sporting realities such as Urania, which combine great results with extraordinary attention to grassroots sport, a theme dear to me and a pillar of my concept of working with and for sport.
Today’s link with a growing Milanese company like Wegreenit is a significant union, which testifies to how many important things can be done, together, in our area.
Urania represents a great excellence in city sport, and I have two wonderful images of it that I carry with me from last season: the tension, the intensity of the championship challenges, such as the interminable and exciting match against Agrigento, and the Allianz Cloud full of people on Saturday nights: families, children, in a context of true, contagious, healthy enthusiasm’.
Ettore Cremascoli’s comment
Enthusiasm and satisfaction for the new partnership are also palpable in the words of Ettore Cremascoli, President of Urania:
‘We are really happy to present this partnership with Wegreenit, an important day for us at Urania.
Ever since I was a boy, first as a young player and then as a manager of the Wildcats, I have always felt teamwork to be a great value.
Being part of a team, learning just how to work together, sharing experiences. This engine, this energy has always given us the charge, great motivation to overcome obstacles and to consolidate our sporting path, strengthening and expanding the youth sector, going from the conquest of the Serie B to the A2 in recent seasons.

I would like to thank Councillor Riva in a heartfelt and dutiful way, not only for her presence today but also for the great work and passion she instils in supporting Milanese sport.
